ActionMan

Target

The target of the program is to handle in one system all of the actions, projects of the company. All colleagues can handle the actions in different sorted lists (per project, per responsible, per process, ...).

Decription

1. Basics

First of all, you have to define the project:

Name of the project
Customer
Type of the project
Project leader
Date of start
If applicable:
- parameter
- basis
- target

After the project definition you can add the actions to the projects.

2. Actions

You have to add the following informations to the actions:

date of the action (automaticly)
relevant process
problem, failure
action
responsible
deadline
remark
status (0, 25, 50, 75 és 100%)
close date

3. Reports, follow up

This type of listing (see picture on the right) are available in the following sorting:

per project (all / open actions)
per responsible (all / open actions)
per process (all / open actions)

4. Factor analysis

You can add the factor analysis (5Why) in the factor modul to the project.

After the fullfillment of the analysis just push the factor bottom and the factors will added to the action window "problem" columns.
