Target

To handle in one system the Injection molding parameters (more than 80! different parameter) per partnumber and IM machines.

Description

1. Basics

All of the different partnumber/machine combination has got an own setup sheet.

Basic moduls:

  • granulate data
  • pn - granulate links
  • Heating/cooling circles
  • Hydraulic informations
  • Toolexchange data (SMED!)

2. Setup sheet

You can select the partnumber and and machine, and print the specific setup sheets with more than 80 parameters, which covers the complete IM technology.

You can record all of the setup parameters, which are out of the tolerance (with reason).

4. Symple analysis

You can match the 12 most important setup paramters at the different machines per partnumber.

 

5. Tool exchange (SMED)

Some simle, easy analysis to improve the processes:

  • Tool exchange data per partnumber
  • Tool exchange data per IM machines
  • Tool exchange data per setup workers
