SPC

1. Basics

SPC measure plan for all relevant part numbers (see below.) The worker can easy fullfill the SPC relevant data due the measurement. Some data (e.g. date) are automaticly stored).

The data input form (see right) shows in real time the most important statistical parameters from the last 6 month (e.g. min. median. max. var. range. Cm)

The program - after a single data input - shows for the user with colour the quality of the result (green - white - red).

2. Statistic modul

Different statistical reporting modul are in the system, e.g.:

• min. max. average var. per partnumber, per machines
• simple xR card with histogram based on the selected time period (see left)
